Complaints Submission

Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. - Branch in Portugal is at the clients’ disposal for any matter pertaining to operations with the Bank or related to the manner in which the Bank handled transactions or services. The client may present a complain:

The client may also formulate a complaint directly to the Bank of Portugal under the applicable legal terms, by letter or by filling the form available online at the Banking Client Portal (“Portal do Cliente Bancário”).
